Schedule:

Monday through Friday, available to work from 7am to 5pm, Saturday availability from May to October.

At times, may require more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position. During peak season, must have ability to work Saturdays as required by the business.

Position Summary

Responsible for designing product displays, ensuring proper stock levels, and creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers. This role requires a strong eye for design, organization skills, and an understanding of consumer behavior to maximize sales and brand presence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising & Display Design

Plan and execute eye-catching product displays that align with brand guidelines and seasonal trends. Arrange showroom layouts to optimize customer flow and enhance the shopping experience. Maintain showroom presentation by regularly updating displays and keeping them neat, appealing and fully priced.
Inventory & Stock Management

Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked and replenished. Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to manage stock movement efficiently. Conduct regular stock checks to prevent shrinkage and loss.
Sales Support & Customer Engagement

Assist customers in finding products and provide information on features and benefits. Work closely with the sales team to understand customer preferences and trends. Gather customer feedback to improve showroom merchandising strategies.
Brand Representation & Trend Analysis

Ensure that all visual merchandising efforts align with brand identity and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store promotions and seasonal campaigns.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Showroom-based role requiring physical activity, including lifting, moving, and setting up displays.

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 1-3 years in merchandising, retail, or showroom design.

Education: High school diploma required; a degree in marketing, visual merchandising, or design is a plus.

Skills:

Strong visual and creative sense. Knowledge of retail trends and consumer behavior. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of merchandising software is a plus.
