RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service & Retail Sales

Greet and assist customers in-store and by phone in a friendly, professional manner Provide accurate information on products, promotions, and services Process sales transactions and respond to merchandise email inquiries Stay informed on product features to offer knowledgeable recommendations Support opening and closing duties for the merchandise area

Maintenance of Merchandise Showroom

Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays Tag, restock, and merchandise new inventory Keep counters, displays, and storage areas tidy Assist with inventory cycle counts and communicate stock needs

Marketing, Events & Promotions Support

Support dealership events, rides, product launches, and community promotions Coordinate event logistics including setup/teardown, waivers, permits, and vendors Assist with in-store promotions and marketing material setup Help promote local H.O.G. chapter activities and dealership partnerships

Social Media & Online Engagement Support

Assist in creating and posting content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms Support website and online store updates Help produce newsletters, e-blasts, and digital marketing campaigns Track engagement metrics and share results with the Merchandise/Marketing Manager Ensure all digital content aligns with Harley-Davidson brand guidelines

Teamwork & Communication

Participate in team meetings and cross-departmental communication Take part in ongoing product, merchandising, and marketing training Help train colleagues on new merchandise or promotions Maintain a positive, collaborative team environment

Qualifications

Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service Retail merchandising, marketing, or event coordination experience Strong computer skills and familiarity with social media/content creation Good organizational and time-management abilities Experience using POS and inventory software (asset) Strong communication skills and attention to detail Enthusiasm for the Harley-Davidson brand and motorcycle culture (Class 6 license an asset) Valid driver's license; ability to work some evenings/weekends or off-site
