Responsibilities:
- \xc2\xb7 Processing of all new raw material listings \xc2\xb7 Coordination of all product updates through MDM (Master Data Management) \xc2\xb7 Intercompany order coordination and placement \xc2\xb7 Assist planners Merch team with PO confirmations and past due PO follow ups. \xc2\xb7 Pricing portal administration support \xc2\xb7 Uploading/updating all vendor cost changes \xc2\xb7 Manage Product Advisory Committee (PAC) lists/requests and 30/60/90 lists. \xc2\xb7 Maintains all automatic reporting including allocations, actual/market cost variances, demand on hand, new & changed listings, special orders. \xc2\xb7 CDC/3D tracking reports \xc2\xb7 Various Cognos DTEC (ERP) reporting as required. \xc2\xb7 Towel Dispenser loan agreements and chemical dispenser rental summary reports \xc2\xb7 Generates quarterly fill rate reporting and exemption compilations. \xc2\xb7 Reporting and documentation compilation for product samples \xc2\xb7 Vendor item maintenance support \xc2\xb7 Product complaints coordination \xc2\xb7 Maintains all inventory vendor and broker contact information. \xc2\xb7 Cash and Carry billing where applicable. \xc2\xb7 General administrative duties \xc2\xb7 Complies with Sysco\xe2\x80\x99s Food Safety Policy and procedures to ensure food safety, quality and legality requirements are met. \xc2\xb7 Is willing to work safely with minimal environmental impact and understands the importance of reporting all hazards, incidents, and environmental spills immediately to their Supervisor. \xc2\xb7 Understands that they play an integral role in their own safety and that of their colleagues and is willing to speak out when hazards are present. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: - 1-2 years experience in an administrative/clerical role required. - Experience in supply chain industry preferred, foodservice experience is an asset. - Minimum high school diploma required. - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools required \xe2\x80\x93 Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and customers
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering is preferred
