Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction management software, and a solid understanding of civil engineering principles. This role involves coordinating teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all work adheres to safety and quality standards. The Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering projects efficiently, on time, and within budget, while maintaining excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide project execution Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D for planning, scheduling, and cost estimation Develop detailed construction estimates and manage project budgets effectively Oversee the preparation of construction estimates and proposals using accurate data and industry standards Manage project timelines using Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools to ensure timely completion Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain high standards of safety and quality Monitor progress through site visits, inspections, and regular team meetings Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all phases of construction Prepare reports on project status, risks, and issues for senior management and clients

Skills

Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and civil engineering drawings Extensive experience with construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid Strong knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D Ability to interpret technical schematics and civil plans accurately Excellent project management skills with a focus on time management and resource allocation Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing diverse teams within the construction industry Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations

Pay: $75,580.37-$80,695.79 per year
