Who are you?


You are an experienced

MEP Quantity Surveyor/ MEP Cost Consultant with 5+ years experience,

seeking your next step or are currently working in a similar role within a comparable environment. You're motivated to join a growing and dynamic team.


The ideal candidate is self-motivated, driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. In this impactful role, you will be providing leadership and direction, actively embedding and promoting the purpose, values, and vision of Turner & Townsend.

Prepare Mechanical/Electrical cost estimates and reports for all asset classes across Canada Assist in market research and analysis of construction conditions in Canada Support Associate Directors in business development and proposal creation Identify opportunities for improving cost management procedures and internal systems Manage estimating, cost planning, and cost analysis for commercial, institutional, and residential projects Lead client and consultant interactions, ensuring project accountability and effective financial management Oversee post-contract cost variances, change control processes, and monthly cost report

Qualifications

4-5 years of MEP Estimating experience (preferably in real Estate) A recognized university degree in Construction or a related field Membership in a relevant professional organizations (i.e. RICS, CIQS, AACEI). Certification or designation from a professional organization is an asset (i.e. MRICS, PQS, CCP)
