Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Mentor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting this individual in her daily life. This position

requires experience with complex medical needs

.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance with all activities of daily living including: bathing, feeding, tube feeding, medication administration, meal preparation, independent use of mechanical lift, light housekeeping. Provide one-on-one mentoring. Develop tailored mentoring and recreational plans that address her unique needs.

Skills

MUST HAVE a caregiving or nursing background with the ability to work with persons with disabilities. MUST BE FEMALE. TLR Medication management Personal care Developing and implementing recreational program. Strong understanding of Canadian culture required. Must proficient in speaking and understanding English. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong organizational skills. Must be able to work independently Must be punctual, flexible, and reliable.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
