Qualifications & Requirements
Registered Social Worker
(or related field) in Manitoba, eligible as a service provider forFNIHB Mental Health Support Program and Jordan's Principle
.Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
in a counseling role.Strong communication skills
to collaborate with various systems, including victim's services, Child and Family Services, legal professionals, mental health agencies, and employment assistance programs. Ability toindependently schedule and manage sessions
while tracking and reporting hours monthly. Must maintaindetailed case notes and submit quarterly client reports
in a timely manner. Avalid Manitoba driver's license
is required, as some sessions may take place outside the office. Must provide acurrent Criminal Record Check and Adult & Child Abuse Registry Checks
and obtain liability insurance.Fully furnished office space available with various therapeutic toys/supplies available.
