to join our clinic in the Leslieville area of Toronto. Our team delivers evidence based, developmentally informed Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), psychological and psychotherapy services. We serve children, youth, and adults with a variety of presenting concerns, primarily individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. We offer ongoing support and development opportunities for staff, including:
Mentorship from experts in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), including Registered Psychologists, Registered Psychotherapists, Registered Behavior Analysts, and Board Certified Behaviour Analysts;
Ongoing continuing education opportunities, including workshops and journal reading groups;

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement evidence-based programming based in principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/Training (ACT), and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
- Deliver individual and group services for children and youth with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and/or mental health challenges and their families.
-Train and supervise assistants to support delivery of group based services.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Counselling, or a related field
- Currently registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO)
- Experience supporting individuals with ASD and other neurodevelopmental disorders and mental health challenges (including anxiety and mood disorders)
- Training (workshops and/or coursework) in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/Training (ACT) and/or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) AND/OR clinical experience working with individuals with ASD and other neurodevelopmental disorders, and mental health challenges within a healthcare or community setting
- Availability to provide in person services at our clinic Tuesday through Friday afternoon and evening hours and Saturday daytime hours
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and accept feedback and direction
- Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Vulnerable Sector Check (within past 6 months)
