Overview
Are you a registered mental health clinician who would like to collaborate with a team of professionals focused on treatment plans that support clients return to work and function? We have opportunities for Mental Health Clinical Advisors to support workers by making health care benefit decisions for mental health-related programs and services that assist injured workers in their recovery from psychological injuries. This involves conducting reviews of assessment, treatment, and other claim documents to make evidence-based health care benefit decisions.
In this role, youll develop partnerships with WorkSafeBC staff and external health care providers to facilitate timely, work-focused interventions that promote wellbeing and recovery in the context of return to work. Your deep understanding of DSM diagnoses and best-practice approaches to treatment, along with your strong communication skills, will assist you in supporting workers recovery and return to work.

At WorkSafeBC, we currently offer a hybrid work model that combines working remotely, and in our offices, based on the operational needs of the position.
