Requirements:

Master of Counselling Psychology, Clinical Counsellor, Registered Nurse with Mental Health experience from an accredited school or body Passion for helping individuals navigate mental health challenges to support overall health and well-being Case management expertise, cultivating client relationships for optional outcomes Experience using an electronic medical record (EMR) system and/or Microsoft 365 considered an asset At least one year of clinical experience

Responsibilities:

Assessing the clients' emotional and mental health needs through interviews, identified concerns and screening results of mental health related interventions both internally and externally. Collaborating with clients to customize third party treatment options that may include individual counseling, group therapy, assessments, community supports or resources. Helping clients navigate through different stages of change and promoting client engagement for the recommended mental health interventions. Working collaboratively within the interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create meaningful client care, including liaison and case management tasks. Building a network of public and private mental health professionals and external treatment resources for the company. Educating clients on the Company's "n of 1" approach to clinical care including precision medicine, pharmacogenetics, and differential diagnosis in mental health.
