Posted: 03-25-2025Closing: Until FilledLocation: Hybrid (Edmonton South)This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of Member data and ensuring that time sensitive processes are completed within established guidelines. Representatives interpret policies and offers to assist frontline staff with their inquiries and provide guidance with processing membership and rewards transactions. Representatives are responsible for retention and acquisition through handling inbound calls from members assessing their needs, providing the best solution through the sale, service or referral of appropriate products, services or partner offers. Critical to this position is an in-depth knowledge of the Membership & Rewards systems.The person who accepts this role must be available and agree to work various shifts from 8:30am-6:00pm, Monday to Friday, and the occasional rotation on Saturdays between 9:00am-5:00pm to coincide with AMA retail centre hours.
