We are looking for a motivating and ambitious individual to join our front desk team at World Gym Sudbury.

Evening and potential graveyard availability.

As a Membership Sales Representative, you will be expected to give excellent customer service to our members. We want you to understand the importance of fitness and actively involve health in your current lifestyle.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Selling memberships through guided tours

Selling Personal Training starter package sales

Greet every customer with amazing customer service

Answers and directs all incoming phone calls

Multi-tasking, efficiently and calmly

Helping members with tanning and hydro-massage

Motivate our members to do their best everyday!

Handling members questions and concerns

Help keep our gym clean and in great shape

Be positive and hard working

Qualifications and Skills

Customer service experience 2+ years

Retail sales experience 2+ years

Great at multi-tasking

Handling situations with a calm attitude

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Physically active

Evening are mandatory

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
