```Duties```
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target demographics
- Develop and implement strategies for business development and lead generation
- Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts through regular communication and account management
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential clients to secure new memberships
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct outside sales activities, including attending networking events and trade shows
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a membership or subscription-based industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for lead tracking and account management
