The Part Time Sales Coordinator plays an important role in accelerating growth for a territory of
KidStrong Centers. This position is ultimately responsible for meeting and exceeding goals and
targets related to member growth, retention, and community engagement.
In this critical position, the Sales Coordinator will demonstrate a deep understanding and passion for the KidStrong
brand and curriculum in order to meet and exceed sales goals. The Sales Coordinator must have
a laser focus on meeting and exceeding numbers and be obsessed with lead generation and
follow up.
Flawless maintenance of company generated leads is a must. Dedication to building
the lead pipeline through community engagement and self-generated partnerships is required.
This is not a 9a-5p job. For the Part Time Sales Coordinator to be successful, making calls and
interacting with parents when they are available (mornings, evenings, and weekends) is required.
This role is based out of a location with the option to work from home once you have completed
your 90 probation period and providing KPI\'s are being met.
The location is negotiable by Area Developer (2-3 days a week). Flexibility
in available hours is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
\xef\x82\xb7 Drive membership sales through high-volume outbound phone calls on inbound leads
(50+ calls/ texts /day is typical effort)
\xef\x82\xb7 The Part Time Sales Coordinator must execute sound communication with the centers
they support in order to ensure observations, trials, and new members receive a world-
class experience when starting their KidStrong journey.
\xef\x82\xb7 Self management and motivation to exceed KidStrong sales targets
\xef\x82\xb7 Oversee the sales process and systems
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage sales data and have ability to present to regional leadership an assessment of
sales results and plans to drive the overall portfolio performance
\xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with Area Developer and Director on seamless process in scheduling
observations, trials, and enrollments by managing and following up on inbound leads,
and complying with KidStrong Sales recommended processes
\xef\x82\xb7 Respond and follow through in a timely manner with all KidStrong owner requests
and client/ lead requests
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service beyond the sale to protect
brand integrity
\xef\x82\xb7 Willingness to pitch in to support center level initiatives i.e. center maintenance,
training, etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Sales Coordiantor will work 2-3 days per week with one of these days on a weekend
with specific hours based on the needs of the centers they support
\xef\x82\xb7 Dependable attendance to team meetings and community events
QUALIFICATIONS:
\xef\x82\xb7 2+ years of experience in health, fitness, or hospitality sales is strongly preferred
\xef\x82\xb7 Availability to work the schedule required. This is not a 9a-5p job. Mobility to
support the territory is required.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience with the following systems is preferred but not required; ZenPlanner,
Sales Messenger, HubSpot, Google Sheets/Docs/Slides, and auto dialer systems.
\xef\x82\xb7 Prior experience in outbound phone sales is strongly preferred (50+ calls/day is
typical effort)
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven track record of exceeding sales targets/quota
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong sales mentality and comfortability with outbound sales efforts
\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrated urgency during promotional cycles to maximize return on ad spend
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Entrepreneurial spirit with open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
\xef\x82\xb7 Practical work experience using Microsoft Office Products
\xef\x82\xb7 Prior CRM experience (Salesforce, etc.) is strongly preferred
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position will not directly supervise any employees.

The Sales Coordiantor will work closely with other Sales Managers, Directors within the Region,
KidStrong families and potential members.
