The Sales Associate role assists in running all "front of house" fitness studio operations. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, basic sales experience and has a passion for changing lives. This position requires starting as early as 5:00AM. Working at Orangetheory Fitness is more than a job, we change people's lives.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

Educate and sell Orangetheory membership to prospects Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems. Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls Lead OTF studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist ( pre/during/post ) shift activities Must be able to participate in 1-2 OTF scheduled workouts per week Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns. Proper onboarding all OTF clients through the use of Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be available to work opening shifts starting at 5:00 AM, if required. Availability during the daytime is required Must be willing to work weekends, and evenings Outstanding customer service skills Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills mandatory Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment Must have strong computer and social media skills Love to work as a team and celebrate team success An outgoing personality is a must, along with a genuine passion for fitness

Morning (Monday - Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm) Afternoon/Evenings (Monday - Thursday 4pm - 8:15pm, Friday 10:45am - 7:00pm) Weekends (Saturday/Sunday - 7:15am - 1:00pm)

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Secondary School (preferred)
