We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Membership Coordinator Assistant
to join our team. Reporting to the Membership & Team Manager, this role provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and high-quality service to our members.
The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent service to members via phone and email
Perform accurate data entry and digital filing
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
Support team members with event coordination and off-site activities
Communicate clearly and courteously with members and team members
Qualifications & Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel required)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and follow direction with minimal supervision
Previous office experience is an asset, but training will be provided
