to be the heart of our front desk and help us build lasting relationships with our members.

What You'll Do

Welcome & Wow:

Greet every member and guest with a smile and top-notch service.

Smooth Operator:

Keep front desk operations running like clockwork -- from checking memberships to managing payments.

Problem Solver:

Handle member questions and concerns quickly and professionally.

Sales Support:

Help convert walk-ins and trials into happy, loyal members.

Ambassador:

Promote our referral programs, encourage Google reviews, and help grow our community.

Keep It Clean & Safe:

Monitor the gym environment, report issues, and make announcements to keep the club welcoming.
What We're Looking For

Friendly, approachable attitude that makes people feel welcome. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Passion for excellent customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable learning new software and gym systems. Previous front desk, retail, or customer service experience a plus!
