About the Role

Endurance Taekwondo is seeking a

Program Director

for our Port Coquitlam location located in the Freemont Village area. This role combines administration, communication, and relationship-building. You'll be the first point of contact for families--helping them feel supported and confident from their first visit onward.

This position suits someone organized, personable, and motivated to create a professional, family-friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Manage administrative operations including scheduling, attendance, and billing. Greet and support families with professionalism and care. Guide prospective families through enrolment and follow-ups. Collaborate with instructors to ensure smooth class and event operations. Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives. Uphold school policies and values with fairness and respect.

Qualifications

Friendly, professional, and strong communicator. Organized and detail-oriented. Experience in customer service, sales, or administration. Reliable, adaptable, and aligned with our mission of growth through martial arts.

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 28 per week
