This is a key role within our association--a role that helps bring our mission to life. As the first point of contact for chiropractors across Manitoba, you'll play a central part in strengthening professional connections, supporting our programs and events, and ensuring members feel informed, supported, and valued.

If you love helping people, enjoy creating positive experiences, and want to be part of a small team that makes a big impact, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will contribute to the success of the MCA by:

Supporting Member Engagement

Welcoming members and the public with warm, responsive, and professional service. Helping members access MCA programs, resources, and the online member portal. Ensuring members feel connected and supported throughout the year.

Enhancing Communications

Assisting with the delivery of member updates, notices, and digital communications. Helping maintain accurate member information and supporting communication workflows.

Bringing Events & Meetings to Life

Supporting association events, meetings, and engagement activities that strengthen our chiropractic community. Assisting in the planning and coordination of the Annual General Meeting and other key gatherings. Providing on-site and virtual support to ensure smooth, positive member experiences.

Supporting the Team & Office Operations

Offering administrative support to the Executive Director and Office Manager. Contributing to daily office functions that keep the association running smoothly. Providing basic IT coordination and helping maintain the MCA website and member portal. Supporting financial processes such as membership payments and administrative data entry.
You won't be doing these things alone--you'll be part of a small, collaborative team that supports one another and celebrates shared success.

What We're Looking For

Someone who:

Thrives in a people-centered role and enjoys building strong relationships. Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person. Is proactive, organized, and able to manage several priorities at once. Has experience in administrative or member-based environments. Is comfortable with digital tools, Microsoft Office, Zoom/Teams, Canva, Mailchimp and basic troubleshooting. Takes pride in contributing to a professional association's mission and growth.
Education in office administration, business, communications, or a related field--or equivalent work experience--is welcomed.

Experience updating websites or member portals is a strong asset.

Why Join the MCA?

You will play a vital role in supporting nearly 300 chiropractors province wide. You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive, and mission-driven team.
