Coach, train and support Member Services staff members and volunteers Meet and/or exceed annual benchmarks set for new membership acquisition and other service standards Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal Organized and exceptional time management skills Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work within a busy customer centered environment; managing several tasks simultaneously Support and promote a culture of volunteerism and philanthropy

Supervisory experience preferred Standard First Aid and CPR is an asset Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products

Position details:

We have two full-time openings for this role; one at Kelowna Family Y and one at H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre

Compensation:

Starting wage of $22.97 per hour plus the YMCA of Southern Interior BC offers a competitive compensation package and benefits program including: + Paid vacation and sick days

+ Annual Y pension of 5% (after 2 years)
