The Northwood Club is a high-end boutique-style gym in the centre of Collingwood.
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, organized and shows initiative.
If any of these applies to you, you could be an ideal candidate to join our team of Customer Service Representatives that provide consistent, exceptional service to our Club Members.
Familiarity of physical fitness, wellness or gym equipment is an asset.
understanding concepts of basic computer software, Google, Microsoft
ability to lift gym weights and dumbells, to tidy
Basic CPR certification
Responsibilities
Welcome and check in Members, sell and process non-Member passes
Address and resolve Member questions/issues
Regular and consistent Club maintenance, ongoing tidy and some cleaning
weekly o&a gym cleaning (3 hours)
Provide support to Owners and Trainers, as req'd
Start Date: immediately
