Member Service Representative

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the first point of contact for member and public inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Assist members with applications, renewals, and general account support. Accounts Receivable Provide accurate information about programs, policies, and services. Maintain and update member records in our database. Support communication and outreach initiatives, including newsletters. Work collaboratively with the Executive Director to enhance member engagement and satisfaction

Qualifications:



Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems. Familiar with QuickBooks online Previous experience in customer service, membership administration, event planning or a related field is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$49,000.00 per year
