Responsibilities
Greet members warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
Promote and upsell services to enhance member satisfaction and engagement.
Maintain an organized workspace while ensuring compliance with cash management procedures.
Handle member accounts efficiently, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve service delivery.
Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information to members.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or financial services is preferred.
Strong sales skills with a proven ability to upsell products or services effectively.
Proficient in math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Experience with cash management practices is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse member populations.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment are essential.
