Our client in Winnipeg Manitoba is seeking a Client Engagement and Event coordinator to join their team.
Job Title: Client Engagement and Event Coordinator
Location: Winnipeg Manitoba
Pay Range: $45 000 Annually
What\'s the Job?
Member Engagement
- Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Disseminate information to members regarding training schedules, updates, and any changes to programs.
- Plan, organize, and facilitate training sessions for members
- Oversee on-site event logistics, including set-up, registration, and coordination of event activities.
- Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and other logistical details.
- Manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Education in business management, event management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with MS office, Tech savvy and eager to learn
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
