Member Service Advisor IV

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Member Service Advisor IV is involved in providing exceptional service to members by determining their needs and providing financial services solutions. In the absence of the Branch Manager, the MSAIV will be responsible for the operation of the branch, as well as providing direction, leadership, and supervision to branch employees.
In conjunction with the Branch Manager, the Member Service Advisor IV (MSAIV) supports the day-to-day operations and profitable asset growth of the branch. The MSAIV provides prompt, professional service while addressing member enquiries, building member relations and providing information on NLCU products and services
The ideal candidate has sound decision making skills, needs-based sales experience and the ability to proactively identify members' financial needs through superior listening and communication. Through experience, you have demonstrated your abilities for business development, accuracy and attention to detail and problem solving. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, or other related field supplemented with 3 to 5 years retail financial services experience.
