What you'll own:
Calling, texting, and nurturing inbound leads
Engaging in the Black Bar Fitness community
Confirming and leading sales calls
Keeping your CRM spotless and reporting daily metrics
Running your pipeline with purpose, precision, and pride.
Role-playing on team calls to keep your edge
You must have a background in sales
(fitness or service industry preferred) and be:
Confident on the phone and in person
Organized and self-motivated
Comfortable using a CRM and following a proven sales process
Aligned with our mission to create a strong, supportive, results-driven fitness community

Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week

Evening shift
Monday to Friday
