YOUR ROLE
As a Member Experience Specialist, you will interact with our Plan Members and their chosen dental and paramedical healthcare providers via phone, email and online chat in a call center setting. You are working in a remote environment, at a part-time capacity during peak hours, reporting into a Supervisor, Member Experience. You will create engaging and efficient customer experiences primarily discussing the details of the benefits plan coverage and the status of their claim submissions. This is a remote job working Mon-Fri 12-5pm PST.
WHAT TO EXPECT
In your first month you will go through training in a virtual environment going through all the process, products and procedures necessary to be a subject matter expert in your new role.
