- Experience with gym membership sales
- Provide exceptional customer service to members in person, over the phone, and via email
- Assist members with inquiries, account updates, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate member records
- Analyze member needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless member experience
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
-Previous Sales experience.
-Knows how to work under pressure.
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze information accurately
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
