As the Member Experience Manager your primary goal is to lead and coach our Member Experience Advisor's on the frontline. You support them so that they can identify our members needs and recommend, refer, or provide products and services that enhance their financial fitness. You and your team have the opportunity to make the best first impression for our members when they walk in the door!


What you'll be doing:



Motivating and coaching employees to find opportunities to reimagine our member's financial fitness Being proactive in pursuing new business opportunities Solving problems quickly by analyzing the situation and provide necessary follow up Adhering to policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines to mitigate risk of loss Providing support, guidance, and training to all employees as necessary to ensure performance improvement and cohesive teamwork Understanding and meeting the needs of our members by providing them with advice on appropriate products and services, and/or identifying opportunities to refer members to appropriate team members or external partner

What you bring:





Although not required, the following education/certificates are valuable assets:


Post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies)

Most importantly, we are looking for candidates who have great interpersonal skills, impeccable communication skills, who are effortless in building rapport with our members and employees.
