We are currently looking for a Member Cardholder Advisor I or II at our Member Contact Center.
Employment Status: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Compensation: $50,850 - $71,091 per annum, plus premiums!
Closing Date: June 28, 2032, end of day
Additional Information: This is a remote position, however, applicants must reside in Edmonton or surrounding area.
Reporting to the Team Lead - Member Contact Center your primary goal is to provide first point of contact online, through email, chats or by phone to support our members with their Mastercard. This is a fast-paced environment so efficiency and attention to detail is critical. Member support is focused on card services such as mobile payments, resolving concerns, and providing sound advice that will shape their financial fitness.
