The main purpose of this position is to manage the day to day operations of the member services function of the branch and ensure compliance with all legislation, regulations, policies and procedures.
Some of the qualifications, which are desired for this position, include, but are not limited to:
MA experience is required
Sales oriented individual who is meeting or exceeding sales referral targets
Demonstration of coaching/leadership qualities or experience is preferred
A clear communicator who is tactful, diplomatic and patient when dealing with the public and co-workers. They bring out the best in others.
This individual has developed and maintains a positive attitude
The ability to make well-informed, fair decisions.
Must be an approachable person with good employee relations skills
Committed to increasing their knowledge through continuous learning activities
History of excellence in Member Service
Self directed and willing to take initiative
Experience in motivating and training is asset
Attention to detail and organizational skills is a must
Professional in appearance and behaviour, supported by a good working record
