We are seeking a

Member Advisor

to help us continue our rich tradition of serving our community - since 1943!

What does a Member Advisor do?

You are one of the first people our members encounter at the branch. You assist them with daily banking needs and help connect them with services and solutions they may not be aware of.

Member Advisors serve members in person, digitally, or by phone.

You will:

Greet our members and provide the services and solutions they seek, Process transactions, Provide troubleshooting and guidance around the use of our technology products or other banking challenges members may have, Highlight and promote Synergy's products and solutions to meet their needs, Engage in proactive member communication by participating in outbound calling, credit union promotions, campaigns, and other creative strategies, Identify suspicious transactions or interactions and respond appropriately.

What you need for this role:

Customer service experience Sales skills Experience handling cash and completing financial transactions Tech savviness and enthusiasm for new technology A desire to learn in a culture that embraces ongoing learning and development A positive attitude and great communication skills. You're passionate about engaging with our members and providing assistance to help meet their financial needs.

No banking experience?

Not to worry; we have a great training program!

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer service-focused professional with experience in retail or hospitality.

Hours:

Permanent full-time, 37.5 hours weekly. Typical scheduling is 8:30 am - 5:00 pm CST, Monday to Friday.

Salary:

$45,800 - $57,200 annually

Location:

Paradise Hill, SK. Occasional coverage at other branch locations may be required.

Travel:

You may be required to travel for events, training, or other Synergy related business.
