Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Medication Delivery Driver and play a vital role in ensuring courteous delivery of essential medications to our valued patients. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working independently, is comfortable driving within the community, and is committed to ensuring patients receive their medications safely, accurately, and on time. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver prescribed medications to patients at their homes or care facilities in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Verify delivery details, including patient name, address, and required documentation, prior to delivery. Obtain signatures or proof of delivery as required and follow established delivery procedures. Ensure medications are handled, transported, and stored safely and securely at all times, in accordance with pharmacy policies. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any delivery-related issues. Communicate effectively with pharmacy staff regarding delivery status, delays, or concerns. Protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times. Provide friendly, respectful customer service in the community.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Access to a reliable personal vehicle (mandatory). Comfortable driving and working independently in the community. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

Experience

Previous delivery driving experience is an asset but not required. Experience in customer service, pharmacy, or healthcare-related environments is an asset.

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
