What You'll Do
Provide warm, respectful, and high-quality service to all passengers.
Operate First Light vehicles safely, efficiently, and in compliance with traffic regulations.
Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs.
Assist clients with entering/exiting vehicles and with luggage, wheelchairs, etc.
Communicate clearly about routes, schedules, stops, and client requests.
Dispatch rides, confirm pickups, and coordinate with the Navigator team.
Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.
Promptly report any delays, incidents, or vehicle issues.
Skills, Experience, and Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Class 4 Driver's License (can be completed during orientation)
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working shifts, including weekends and holidays
Prior experience in transportation or customer service is an asset
Clean criminal record and vulnerable sector check required
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
