JOB SUMMARY:



Under the direction of the Health Manager and Medical Transportation Coordinator, the Medical Transportation Administration is responsible for supporting our community and medical transportation team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Report to Medical Transportation Coordinator and Health Manager daily

Support Medical Transportation Drivers with organizing and arranging medical appointments.

Booking and Confirming clients' medical appointments.

Data entry into MTRS system and data collection.

Reimbursement forms submitted and completed into the MTRS System.

Monthly data collection of medical trips and appointments.

Gas Support Vouchers/Confirmation Forms completed inputted into the system.

Fleet Management of repairs and maintenance of vehicles

Staff coverage for medical, sick, and vacation.

Work collaboratively as a team and support when needed.

Any other duties that may be assigned by your manager/supervisor.

EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS:



Active Driver's License (Asset)

An understanding of the cultural uniqueness within Treaty Seven Territory is an asset

Proficiency in the use of computers as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation and public speaking skills

Ability to lead, mentor and supervise a team

Strong interpersonal skills, including good listening and coaching skills

Excellent project management skills

Must be friendly, courteous, assertive, objective and fair

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:



Clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check

Valid Drivers License (Asset)

Hours per Shift:

7 hours

Shift Pattern:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Length in Shift in Weeks:

8:30am - 4:30pm
