Job Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Provide bedside nursing care to pre- and post-surgery patients Administer medications and monitor effects Start IVs, change dressings, and insert catheters Operate and adjust medical equipment Monitor vital signs and report adverse reactions Collaborate on discharge planning Educate patients and families on procedures and post-care Maintain accurate patient records Follow nursing standards and protocols * Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams
