Dr. Leaf's Medical & Cosmetic Clinic is seeking a

motivated and strategic Medical Spa Business Manager

to lead daily operations and drive business growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in business management, sales, and customer service, and who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

As our Medical Spa Business Manager, you will oversee operational workflows, lead a dynamic team, enhance the patient experience, and develop strategies to expand our client base. You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our growing clinic and ensuring our standards of excellence are met in every client interaction.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and train a high-performing team of staff to ensure exceptional service delivery. Organize and facilitate productive monthly staff meetings to align goals and address team needs. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. Oversee patient scheduling and supply inventory. Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Monitor sales performance, set targets, and motivate staff to achieve sales goals. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both patients and employees. Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of business management experience (flexible based on skill and fit). Background in a

growth-driven

service-oriented

environment. Demonstrated experience in

business growth, marketing, and sales strategy implementation

. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a passion for team development and patient experience. Proficiency in tools such as

Canva

Microsoft Office

), and scheduling platforms (

). Degree or certification in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Project Management, or related field
