Join our dynamic medical spa team as a Medical spa Assistant and become a vital part of delivering exceptional client care . In this energetic role, you will assist the owner with cl part time reception work 4-7pm on certain days , ensuring smooth operations within a fast-paced medical spa environment throught the 3 locations we have . Ensure Sales quotas are being met between locations . Help with Supplies pick ups. Help with virtual or in person staff meetings and performance reviews. Basically you will assist me with everything . You will need to be able to do reception from our Oakville , Toronto or Burlington location when needed. Your expertise will help create a welcoming atmosphere where patients feel valued, cared for, and confident in their experience. Responsibilities
examin rooms, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and proper sterilization of instruments in accordance with health standards.
Greet patients warmly, verify their information using advanced salon and medical management software such as MINDBODY, and assist with check-in and check-out procedures at the front desk.
Reception inbound and outbound calls when needed, phone sales.
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate follow-up visits using comprehensive management tools to optimize provider availability.
Educate patients on post-treatment care and product demos related to skincare, , or retail sales items.
Assist with retail/ Package sales efforts by upselling skincare products or beauty treatments aligned with client needs while providing excellent guest services. Ensuring staff is reaching quotas as well. $1000 per day !
Support social media management efforts by capturing before-and-after photos for marketing campaigns and engaging with client feedback online to enhance our digital presence.
Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold the highest standards of hospitality within our medical spa setting.
Help with picking up and delivering supplies when needed
Experience
Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a med spa environment is highly preferred; familiarity with salon software such as MINDBODY is advantageous.
Proven skills in customer service, guest relations, and effective communication are essential to succeed in this energetic role.
Experience with Sales
Reception experience
Knowledge of sanitation standards and infection control practices within medical or aesthetic settings is required to maintain safety compliance.
Background in retail sales or upselling beauty products /packages can enhance your ability to contribute to revenue growth through product demos and client education.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments using salon management software like Management or other relevant platforms are crucial.
