Summary

We are seeking a Medical Services Coordinator to lead our medical division in St. John's, Newfoundland. As the Medical Services Coordinator you will work directly with management, lead and guide our medical administrative team, oversee back-end administrative operations, and support physicians.

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily medical clinic operations, administrative workflows Tasks management, billing, and back-end support. Coordinate closely with physicians to optimize clinic flow and scheduling. Manage electronic medical records systems. Supervise and support medical administrators. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Handle all administrative scheduling and sick calls.

What You'll Bring:

Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and confidence. Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare administration. Solid understanding of electronic medical records systems. Knowledge of medical terminology. Prior experience in healthcare environment is considered an asset!

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
