We are a Canadian distributor of premium surgical products used in plastic and reconstructive procedures. Our trusted brands are used by surgeons and operating room teams nationwide. As we expand, we're looking for experienced Medical Device Sales Representatives to grow our national presence.

What You'll Do:

Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and surgical centers Conduct in-person visits to operating rooms and medical facilities Identify new opportunities while supporting and growing existing accounts Manage your own schedule, territory, and sales strategy Represent premium, well-established surgical brands with confidence

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device or surgical supply sales Proven success selling directly to surgeons and OR decision-makers Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently Based in Canada and eligible to work as an independent contractor

Nice to Have:

Experience with Integra, ASSI, Keir Surgical, Medtronic, Stryker, Synthes, Mentor/Ethicon, or similar Knowledge of OR workflows, sterile technique, wound closure, or surgical procedures Existing relationships with hospital purchasing teams or OR staff
