Job Description

We are a medical clinic, located in downtown Montreal . We are presently looking for a dynamic and passionate person to fill the position of full time receptionist.



Computer skilled - Bilingual (French/English) a must - Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position - MEDICAL experience ASSET



Organized

, Dynamic, Well-spoken and Courteous - Team player - Punctual - Able to multi-task - Able to work in a fast-paced atmosphere



Responsibilities



Welcome clients/patients as soon as they arrive at the clinic

Direct clients/patients to the appropriate office

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

Update calendars and schedules

Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing


Requirements



Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Medesync

Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)

Professional attitude and appearance

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Excellent organizational skills

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Customer service attitude

High school degree, MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY PLUS

Spoken/Written: French/English

Responsabilites



Accueillir les clients/patients des leur arrivee a la clinique

Diriger les clients/patients vers le bureau approprie

Repondre aux appels telephoniques, les filtrer et les transferer

Fournir des informations de base precises en personne et par telephone/courriel

Receptionner, trier et distribuer le courrier/les livraisons quotidiens

Mettre a jour les calendriers et les plannings

Tenir a jour les registres des depenses et des couts du bureau

Effectuer d'autres taches administratives de receptionniste telles que le classement, la photocopie, la transcription et la telecopie


Exigences



Experience en tant que receptionniste, representant du service clientele ou poste similaire

Maitrise de Microsoft Office Suite, Medesync

Experience pratique des equipements de bureau (par exemple, telecopieurs et imprimantes)

Attitude et apparence professionnelles.

Solides competences en communication ecrite et orale.

Capacite a faire preuve d'ingeniosite et de proactivite lorsque des problemes surviennent.

Excellentes competences organisationnelles.

Capacite a mener plusieurs taches de front et a gerer son temps, avec la capacite de hierarchiser les taches.

Attitude orientee vers le service a la clientele.

Diplome d'etudes secondaires, TERMINOLOGIE MEDICALE PLUS.

Langues parlees/ecrites : francais/anglais.
