Medical Receptionist/optometric Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Upper Appleby Eyecare. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome patients with a warm and professional demeanour Schedule and manage appointments efficiently Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry Support the optometric team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in using office software and scheduling systems Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is a plus Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
