Position Overview

We are looking for a personable, organized, and reliable

Receptionist

to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check-in patients with professionalism and warmth Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Process patient information, billing, and insurance claims Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality Assist with administrative tasks to support the optometry team Keep reception area clean, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications

Previous experience in a healthcare, optometry, or customer service setting is an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and handling payments Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask Professional, dependable, and a team player
