Physio Connect is a patient- focused Multi disciplinary clinic that offers, Physiotherapy, Massage therapy and Chiropractor services.

We are looking for a Customer experience specialist to work for Multi Disciplinary clinic.

This position is not for Student. Only apply if you have good communication skills, and experience with positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Be a face of Physio Connect Welcome customer with positive attitude and create good atmosphere Booking patients in to EMR system Scanning and photocopying, faxing Educate and awareness about well being Other administrative duties as required submit bills to insurance company Payment receivable and credit card processing. Follow up with clinic procedure and customers

Qualification

Must have positive and welcoming attitude and show your self face of Physio Connect. People friendly person who understand human nature Must have worked in the clinic environment and interacted with patient Dependable and must be able to do Multi-tasking with strong customer service Previous work experience in Physiotherapy Clinic would be an asset Team-player, Dedication & Reliability, Willingness to learn and develop new skills Experience working with billing insurance would be an asset. Previous experience with Eye/ Dental office considered. Previous sales background and go getter personality Background with Medical admin knowledge.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
