MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST/ MEDICAL OFFICE ASSISTANT REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY

Experienced medical receptionist (MOA)

looking for an exciting opportunity in the field of cosmetic and medical dermatology needed.
Must have:

- Minimum 1 yr medical receptionist experience - Experience with Accuro, Microsoft software, WORD & EXCEL excellence - Passionate about skincare and medical aesthetics - Social media skills in Instagram and FB

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Experience:

Minimum of 1 year in medical reception (MOA)

- Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with medical aesthetics and medical booking software (Accuro) is a plus.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and manage patient care effectively.

YOUR ROLE

Oversee office flow and ensure smooth operations.

Daily duties include appointment scheduling and management; managing and triaging patients and assisting the doctor. Prepare and maintain our clinic space. Order and manage supplies. Get creative with content creation, social media an asset Communicate with patients in person, by texting & via email. Patient Care: Manage patient interactions with empathy and efficiency.

Schedule:

Weekdays, & occasional Saturdays.

WHAT WE OFFER

Salary: Starting range $18-$25 hrly

Hours: Part-time (20-30 hrs. weekly) or and full-time position available.
