Reform Clinics is a multi-disciplinary physical therapy clinic offering physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, and acupuncture. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a warm and professional environment.

What You'll Do

Greet patients and provide a welcoming first impression Answer phone calls, emails, and manage appointment scheduling Process payments and handle billing through our clinic software (training provided) Coordinate with our healthcare team to ensure smooth patient flow Keep the front desk and reception area organized and professional Assist with light administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

Schedule & Compensation

Part-time and full-time positions available Evening and weekend availability preferred Competitive hourly rate based on experience Opportunities for growth within the clinic
