Job Description

New community - based clinic located in Parc-Extension area is looking for a bilingual receptionist to offer and greet patients with excellent customer service. This is a full-time position of 20-40 hours/week from Monday to Sunday

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Opening and closing of the clinic
- Booking, scheduling, registering and confirming patients for appointments including follow ups.
- Respond to emails, faxing, printing labels, answering phones and voicemails
- Processing of bills and payments

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bilingual - English and French
- Hindi/Punjabi an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attentive to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Discretion, confidential and professional work ethic

- Ouverture et fermeture de la clinique
- La prise de rendez-vous, la programmation, l'enregistrement et la confirmation des patients pour les rendez-vous, y compris les suivis.
- Repondre aux courriels, faxer, imprimer des etiquettes, repondre au telephone et aux messages vocaux.
- Traitement des factures et des paiements

EXIGENCES :

- Bilinguisme - anglais et francais
- Hindi/Punjabi un atout
- Solides competences organisationnelles et souci du detail
- Excellentes aptitudes a la communication
- Discretion, confidentialite et ethique de travail professionnelle

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
