Receptionniste Medicale

Cette offre d'emploi est pour un poste a temps partiel, demandant une disponibilite le vendredi de 8 h 30 a 17 h 30 (9 heures), avec la possibilite d'ajouter des heures supplementaires au cours de la semaine au besoin.

Principales responsabilites:

- Repondre aux appels telephoniques et aux courriels

- Prise de rendez-vous des therapeutes a l'aide de notre systeme informatique (facile a utiliser)

- Organisation, preparation et classement des dossiers medicaux

Nous recherchons les qualites et les competences suivantes:

- Bilingue, francais et anglais (ecrit et parle)

- Experience en tant que receptionniste medicale serait un atout

- Organise

- Capacite a effectuer plusieurs taches en meme temps

- Qualites essentielles a un service a la clientele d'excellence

- competences informatiques de base (Word, Excel, internet)

Medical Receptionist

This job posting is for a part-time position asking for Friday availability 8:30am to 5:30pm (9 hours) with the opportunity to add periodic hours throughout the week if needed.

Medi-Club Physio therapists have a high level of expertise and experience in the field of rehabilitation which is one of our trademarks. Our therapists work with national, provincial as well as recreational athletes. Our approach to therapy is very hands-on and involves high level manual techniques.

Main responsibilities:

- Answer phone calls and respond to emails

- Scheduling appointments for our therapists using our easy-to-use scheduling software

- Organizing, preparing and filing medical charts

We are looking for someone who fits the following profile:

- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)

- Experience as a medical receptionist would be an asset

- Organized

- Ability to multitask

- Strong customer relationship skills

- Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, internet)
