As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you need a high level of enthusiasm, hospitality and a passion for getting things done. As a GEC, you thrive in a collaborative environment, and have strong administrative skills.

What you'll do:



Guest Experience: Provide every client with warm & exceptional service / Manage & optimize clinic schedule / Adhere to opening, midday & closing procedures / Ensure continuous cleaning/sanitizing & general upkeep of the clinic

Administrative Responsibilities: Process insurance claims / Collect payment from clients / Respond to emails & voicemails / Answer the telephone / Assist the Office Manager with internal administrative work

Support for the Therapist Team: Work with therapists to optimize their schedules / Assist with laundry

Who You Are: 3+ years administrative/customer service experience / Resourceful with a positive outlook / Ability to perform & prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail / Exceptional communication skills / Someone who loves teamwork!

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
