Pacific Health and Sports Therapy is a modern clinic currently offering chiropractic and massage therapy services. We are looking for a part-time receptionist/Medical office assistant to replace a student that needs to return to school.
We are willing to consider individuals with no prior experience and will help you build a valuable skill set in a positive and supportive environment. We believe that the role of the receptionist is one of the most important of the clinic - your smile and enthusiasm form the first impression of our clinic and set the bar for an amazing experience.
Duties Include:
Welcoming patients to the clinic and educating patients about the services offered
Booking patient visits in-person and over the phone using our online system
Collecting and processing payments
Managing schedules
Keeping the clinic clean
Monitoring and responding to e-mails
Drafting patient/doctor letters as requested
An ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and GMail, will have excellent time-management and problem solving skills, will bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and be a reliable detail oriented worker with sales experience.
